Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking and attending Hospitality Weekender 2027 at Butlins, Bognor Regis.
Acceptance of Terms
If you do not agree with any of these terms, or if you do not accept the risk allocation described here, please do not make a booking or attend the event.
Event Changes
Hospitality reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates may be provided online, via email, or in pre-arrival information. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

Booking Your Hospitality Weekender
Bookings are now open through Easol, the official ticketing platform. Accommodation is charged at full occupancy, regardless of the number of occupants. No separate tickets are issued; your accommodation booking includes the full weekend’s entertainment. All guests must stay on-site to access entertainment.
Pre-arrival Requirements
Submit the following details for each guest by January 31st 2027
- Full name
- Address
- First line of address
- Town
- County
- Postcode
- Date of Birth
- Mobile number and email address of the Lead Booker.
Failure to provide this information by the deadline will result in cancellation without a refund. All guests must bring photo ID (passport or driver’s license) that matches the submitted details.
Check-in starts at 2 PM on March 12, 2027. Accommodation will be available from 4 PM
Behaviour Expectations
Respect others and our facilities at all times. Offensive, illegal, or antisocial behavior, including abuse and excessive noise, will not be tolerated. Breach of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your booking without a refund.
Wristbands
Wristbands will be issued at check-in. You must wear your wristband at all times to access venues. Lost or missing wristbands will result in refusal of entry or removal from the resort without refund.
Identification
All guests must be 18 or older and provide photo ID upon arrival. Accepted IDs include a photographic driver’s license, passport, or PASS-regulated photo ID cards. Failure to provide the correct ID will result in refusal of entry.
Payment Options
You may pay in full or use a payment plan with instalments.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed. All prices include VAT and a booking fee of 4% of the total booking.
Group bookings (Pay part now, the rest later) require a 20% deposit of the total booking (inclusive of booking fee)
Payment plans incur an additional £10 fee, paid upfront along with the 4% booking fee. No added fees for the instalments thereafter for payment plans. Subsequent payments are taken by Direct Debit in monthly instalments.
Cancellations and Amendments
Bookings are non-refundable whether on payment plans or having been fully paid. This includes cancellations at the guest level so if someone drops out of your booking there is no refund available. Reselling bookings or wristbands is prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Changes to guest details after January 31st 2027 will incur a £30 fee per amendment.
Guests with Disabilities
If you or anyone in your party requires special accommodations, please inform us when submitting guest details. We will do our best to meet these requirements but cannot guarantee them.
Accommodation
Please treat your accommodation with respect. Any damage may result in termination of your stay without compensation. Additional charges may apply in line with our “Room Condition, Behaviour & Additional Charges” policy below.
Room Condition, Behaviour & Additional Charges
Guests are expected to respect their accommodation and the resort at all times.We reserve the right to charge guests up to £200 to cover additional cleaning, damages, or breaches of the below conditions, including but not limited to:
- Excessive mess or damage requiring deep cleaning (e.g. heavily soiled rooms, spills, substances on surfaces)
- Smoking inside rooms or prohibited areas
- Late check-outs beyond the agreed departure time
- Any behaviour that results in additional costs to the venue or event organisers
Please note:
- Deep cleaning charges may be applied where rooms are left in a condition unsuitable for incoming guests, particularly where enhanced sanitation is required.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking (including smells or residue) may result in charges even if not witnessed at the time.
- Late departures may incur additional fees per room.
In cases of serious misconduct or repeated breaches, we reserve the right to:
- Request immediate payment of charges
- Remove guests from the resort without refund
- Refuse or ban future bookings
Failure to settle any charges may result in guests being prohibited from attending future events.By attending the event, you agree to these terms and accept responsibility for any charges incurred.
Smoking Policy
Butlin’s is a non-smoking resort, including private outdoor areas like patios and balconies. A £75 cleaning fee applies if you smoke in your accommodation. E-cigarettes may only be used in designated smoking areas.
Venue Capacities
Entrance to venues is not guaranteed and is subject to maximum capacities. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot.
Alcohol and Drugs Policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy on illegal drugs. Any violation will result in immediate removal from the resort without a refund. You may bring a limited amount of alcohol upon arrival, but re-entry with alcohol is not permitted.
Refund Policy
No refunds are available once venue gates open. In the event of cancellation, Hospitality may, at its discretion, offer a refund, reschedule the event, or provide an alternative. No refunds are available for weather conditions, personal circumstances, or government actions.
ALL BOOKINGS ARE FINAL. THERE SHALL BE NO BOOKING REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
